Description: Freckenfeld is a typical street village, formerly strongly agriculturally shaped. The existing multi-purpose hall of the local community is centrally located in the center in the main road of Freckenfeld.
The hall has served so far for numerous events of the local community but also as a sports hall for the neighboring elementary school. There are approx. 12 clubs in the village, focus is on sports, music, singing.
Since the existing construction has come from 1960 in the years and no longer meets today's requirements, he should now be replaced by a new building at its own place.
With the new construction of the multi-purpose hall and the neighboring village square, Freckenfeld should also receive a positive impetus to strengthen the center of the village.
The room program of the multi-purpose hall includes about 900 square meters of usable area.
