Update 2027 of the personnel requirements calculation system "PEBB§Y"
The subject of this tender is the update of the Personnel requirements calculation system "PEBB§Y" for the ordinary courts and the public prosecutor's offices of the states of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The calculation of personnel requirements in the ordinary jurisdiction and in the public prosecutor's offices as well as in the specialist jurisdictions (the Specialist jurisdictions do not form part of this announcement) is carried out for all professional groups in the decision-making area (judges, public prosecutors, public prosecutors, judicial officers and employees in comparable careers) as well as in the area of service units and the further support area (in following: service units) using the personnel requirements calculation system "PEBB§Y" on a uniform, empirical-analytical basis.
The Conference of Justice Ministers has decided to examine the current validity of the PEBB§Y staffing requirement calculation in the ordinary course Jurisdiction and public prosecutors' offices should be secured through a full empirical survey within a selection of courts and public prosecutors' offices in 2027.
