Description:
According to Section 10 (1) BNatSchG, the local species, requirements and measures of nature conservation and landscape maintenance are presented for the area of a country in the landscape program. must be continued as soon as this is necessary with regard to the requirements and measures of nature conservation and landscape maintenance, or in accordance with Section 10 (4) sentence 1 BNatSchG after 10 years. Circumstances that justify the update are factually limited (section 9 (4) sentence 2 BNatSchG).
