Description:
The Rheinmuenster - Lichtenau administrative community is located in the Rastatt district of the Middle Upper Rhine region and belongs to the Karlsruhe administrative district. The legally effective land use plan of the administrative community was approved and published in 2006 with a target year of 2020. Most recently the Vexperienced the 6th (individual) amendment to the land use plan completed.
The administrative community intends to update the land use plan in order to ensure the future development of settlement areas in the areas of residential, commercial, leisure and infrastructure facilities - also with regard tothe ongoing update of the regional plan.
The areas of the Baden Airpark (industrial park and airport) are located in the municipality of Rheinmuenster. Furthermore, both communities are characterized by their direct location on the Rhine and a corresponding network of riversn and lakes.
In order to clarify the potential and approvable scope of expansion of residential and commercial areas, proof of need must be provided in accordance with the information paper from the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg from February 2017.
The planning basis is the current planning status in the meantimeto process realized construction areas and traffic routes and to update them with regard to the information taken over (protected areas, technical infrastructure). - Progress...
