- The IVEK should be updated to redesign the land use plan. The plan includes a renewed analysis of traffic demand, a survey of current network loads, an update of the traffic model, an evaluation and, if necessary, updating/adapting the measures as well as the investigation of up to 5 planned cases (these still have to be defined as part of the project).
Updating the integrated transport development concept as part of the reorganization of the FNP Bad Kreuznach
The IVEK should be updated to redesign the land use plan become. The plan includes a renewed analysis of traffic demand, a survey of the current network loads, an update of the traffic model, an evaluation and, if necessary, updating/adaptation of the measures as well as the investigation of up to 5 planned cases (these are then within the scope of the project still to be defined).
Further, a traffic assessment of the potential areas determined as part of a potential area analysis should be carried out for new residential and commercial space. The potential areas are determined in a separate planning order. The associated one Order has not yet been awarded. In advance of the assessment of the potential areas, an assessment system for the subject area of transport must be created with regard to transport connections and performance and the results must be used as a specialist contribution to the new development of the land use plan ... - Documents:
