Update of the land use plan of the city of Gaggenau
The city of Gaggenau - with 30,302 inhabitants - belongs to the Rastatt district in the Middle Upper Rhine region. The district has a total area of 6.505 hectares. Of this, 3,658 hectares are forest area - this corresponds to around 56% of the total area. Approximately 18% is allocated to settlement and traffic areas, approximately 25% to agricultural areas.
The present land use plan with the target year 2015 dates from 2005 and is to be updated. Processing of the FNP should begin shortly after the award. A start date is planned for July 2024.
Target year for the FNP is 2040.
The awarding of the planning services for the land use plan service in accordance with Section 18 HOAI is part of this award procedure.
