Description:
Update of the land use plan (FNP) of the city of Kyritz. The planning performance of the area planning consisting of the following lots:
- Let's go 1: Expert reports 2035
- Lot 2: Concept for open spaces photovoltaic use
- Lot 3: Basic services of the landscape plan integrated in the land use plan in accordance with Appendix 4 (to Section 23 (2) HOAI 2021)
- Lot 4: Basic services in the performance profile land use plan in accordance with Appendix 2 (to § 18 Paragraph 2 HOAI 2021)
The lot includes the determination of the quantitative potential for residential construction / residential area cadastre, the evaluation of the offer potential and the conception of the residential building in Kyritz until 2035.
The execution period is expected to be a maximum of 26 months.
The services should be completed in December 2027, at the latest to the 31.12.2028.
The lot includes the technical processing, in particular the insertion of settlement areas from the land use plan as well as the insertion of traffic areas, line streets and protected areas, a planning law classification and the development of criteria for delimitation of Photovoltaic areas.
The execution period is expected to be a maximum of 26 months.
