- The aim of the tender is to find a service provider for the following project. The existing ERP system LN 10.5 (on Premise) from European Xfel is to be updated to a higher version, ERP LN 10.8 (on Premise). The planned target architecture is aHybrid implementation, in which the ERP system installs locally, the OS component, however, will be cloud-based. European Xfel is looking for an implementation partner for the upgrade from InFor LN from 10.5 to 10.8 on Premise including INFOR OS CE. It is a complete reinstallation of the ERP systemon a new infrastructure with Windows Server 2022 and SQL Server 2022 by the implementation partner. The infrastructure is provided by European Xfel. The update of the system is intended as a technical migration. There are no significant changes to the configuration,Processes or functions planned. The aim is to realize the status quo with a new release. Specifically, the following services are required: Services within the framework of the update project, including-project management (including implementation of a kick-off meeting and regular project status meetings,Project planning/ control/ controlling) - Technical documentation for developments/ adjustments - Technical documentation for data migration and update LN - Implementation of LN 10.8 and OS CE (installation, configuration, data migration (TST + PRD), retrofit of the adjustments) - Testing - GolivePreparation - Golive - Golive support The project languages as part of the order execution are German and English equally (condition for the execution of the order).
