Description:
Due to the current extension of the Avenio trams, SWU Verkehr GmbH (SWU) has to upgrade and expand the lifting capacity in the tram workshop on track 3, which is used for the maintenance, servicing, repair of the trams and the replacement of the running gear. The installation takes place while the tram workshop continues to operate with additional repair tracks.
As part of this overall measure, the various trades and sub-measures are precisely coordinated with one another and scheduled. Therefore, compliance with the binding delivery date as well as punctual and timely assembly are absolutely necessary. A postponement of the delivery date or assembly has an immediate impact on the other sub-measures, some of which are running in parallel, and puts the project at risk Overall project plan and funding.

Due to the current extension of the Avenio trams, SWU Verkehr GmbH (SWU) has to remove the lifting stock in the tram workshop on track 3, which is used for the maintenance, servicing and repair of the Trams and the replacement of the running gear are used to upgrade and expand.
