Description:
The Schaibleshalde development area (2.1 hectares) in the Hagelloch district is to be developed as a residential area. All tasks related to building land development should be externalized and contracted out. This includes the service area (LB) of project management (LB 1), the coordination and design of the overall projecttes takes over the urban planning service area (LB 2). . LB 3 includes the development planning of drainage, open space planning and traffic system planning. There is also preliminary information on LB 1 and 3. The aim is to create an urban development plan (SE) and transfer it toa development plan. This includes services from the AKBW leaflet no. 51 as well as § 19 HOAI, each LPH 1-3. In addition, special services are awarded: the preliminary development of urban development key points, services for process and project control as well as quality assurance,the implementation of the formal participation procedures and procedural services as well as services for marketing.

As a basis for the development of the preliminary draft, it is the task of the contractor stto develop urban development key points in close coordination with the city administration and the external development steering committee as well as the local council and administration.
