- The city of Angermuende intends to sustainably activate areas that are now predominantly used for commercial purposes or fallow areas east of the historic old town in order to advance and promote the development of residential and community use areas. A new mixed urban district is intended to cover the need for additional residential building space in the future. The aim is to develop a primary school location for the new residential area and to supply the entire city and must be integrated into the planning.
