• Urban development funding for the Schwalmstadt Treysa funding area “Old Town and Supply Areas” as part of the “Lively Centers” urban development funding program The subject of this tender is the project management for the Urban development funding program Lively Centers “Old Town and Supply Areas” Reason, goal and purpose The city of Schwalmstadt intends to award the “Living Centers” development area management for the Schwalmstadt Treysa “Old Town and” development area Supply areas”, for the implementation period from 2027 to probably 2039. The aforementioned funding area was included in the “Living Centers” urban development funding program by letter dated November 13, 2025. The preliminary funding area Schwalmstadt Treysa “Old town and service areas” (approx. 54.7 hectares in size) includes the old town of Treysa, the adjacent service area on Bahnhofstrasse as well as green and open spaces adjacent to the old town in the area around the Schwalm watercourse (see preliminary plan territorial delimitation). As part of the ZIZ (Sustainable Inner Cities and Centers) funding program, an integrated inner city development concept (IEK) was created for the districts of Treysa and Ziegenhain.
