Description:
The city of Noerdlingen intends after the potential for interior development is exhausted to develop a new city district on the eastern outskirts, which is intended to cover the increased need for living space in particular. The landscape plan of the city of Noerdlingen with an integrated landscape planProvides about 20 ha for residential areas and approx. 7.5 for commercial areas. On the one hand, the development is intended to cover short -term needs, but also map perspectives for the next 20 to 30 years.
An urban planning and landscape planning framework plan should be the long -term urban developmentDraw development for the entire area. On this basis, a time -graded building law creation with individual development plans is to be made.
To ensure a quality concept for development, an urban planning and landscape planning competition in accordance with RPW 2013awarded with an advanced application process.
Planning services of urban planning and landscape planning design
The services to be awarded include at least the completion of the competition contribution to the urban planning and landscape planning design according to FLASS 51 of the AKBWfor the 1st level of development of the residential area (approx. 10 ha) as the basis for the development planning and a large frame planning (urban planning preliminary draft) for the further areas.
