- The subject of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements without justification for a acceptance obligation to cover the plan and concrete procurement requirements of the beneficiaries. The client intends to use the lowest possible implementation and risk effort to participate in an existing, powerful EMMA user community. The accession is to be achieved by the accession: • Advice and support: Mutual support of the EMMA-use municipalities in process automation, both for automation projects as well as in the operation of automated processes • Resources and knowledge synergies: use already developed Best Practice process building blocks instead of new development on the green meadow. • Quality assurance of your own automation projects: access to structured training material, tested Process Blueprints and the ongoing exchange of experiences with equally stored administrations. Over the regular contract term of the framework agreement, the client specifies the maximum value at a total of 8,700,000.00 euros (net).
