The Gasthof Hirsch in Dietmannsried, Probstried district has been closed for years. The building is empty. The property is unused. The municipality of Dietmannsried as the client intends to reactivate the inn with beer garden, event hall and a small hotel and together with one Developing village shops and apartments into a new center in ProBstried. The performance includes the coarse and fine cleaning of different soil and wall coverings, roof unders views, windows, doors with different materiality, visible electrical and HLS lines and installations, Inventory and outdoor facilities. The cleaning work takes place in time intervals in different buildings from EC to 4. OG.
