The Res Recycling and Entsorgungs-Service Sangerhausen GmbH writes the performance "Using paper, cardboard and cardboard boxes(PPK) from the district of Mansfeld-Suedharz "on 01.01.2026. The subject of this tender is the takeover to the two transfer points mentioned in Part III of the tender documents (service description), the transport to the exploitation system and the exploitation/marketing ofPaper, cardboard and cardboard boxes (see section 2.3 of the application conditions or section 4 of the service description).
The PPK quantities provided include both a share of municipal waste paper and a share of sales packaging (system subject to system) for whichWithdrawal and disposal in accordance with Section 15 of the Packaging Act (PackckeG) The dual systems are responsible. According to the currently valid voting agreement, the municipal proportion of waste paper should be 66.5 m .-% and the system subject to system 33.5 m. A change in the percentage relationshipThe AG is not known to the 2026.
In the context of the provision of services, depending on the contractual situation, the dual systems may have to be taken over and utilized the entire collective amount. The AG reserves the right to be available to the dual systems, depending on the contractual situationput.
