Light rail line B, section 3 - European Quarter
In order to provide radio coverage for the newly built light rail line in the Europaviertel, the digital BOS object radio system currently under construction and the existing analog VGF company radio system must be expanded.
The The scope of delivery of the extension includes:
Delivery and installation of:
• Approx. 2,000 m telecommunications cable
• approx. 3,600 m HF cable (feeder and radiator cable)
• approx. 7,000 m of fiber optic cable
• 4 technical cabinets
• 7 fiber optic distributors
• 2 operational radio cabinets
• 6 Tetra BOS repeaters
• 29 tappers (3 dB, 20 dB and 30 dB)
• 1 network switch
• 4 uninterruptible power supplies
• 8 DC blockers
