VP2075: Track (underground section)
Light rail line B, section 3 - European Quarter
The following services will be provided as part of the new building awarded to the Europaviertel light rail system:
of which:
- Approx. 200 m of gravel track in the existing structure
- ca. 1,300 m slab track with highly elastic rail bearings in new segment tunnel (single tubes with 6 m inner diameter)
- approx. 400 m of slab track with highly elastic rail bearings in the new station building
- Approx. 700 m of slab track with highly elastic rail bearings in a new open construction tunnel and ramp structure
of which:
- approx. 100 m concrete longitudinal beams, high grass track
3) approx. 5,200 m of empty shaft pipe system as an edge, emergency and rescue route
