The required services concern the project V313 _2025 "Data Storage (Archive) 2PB including Brain Data connection, work files system
Description:
A framework contract for research supporting IT services via
i. The data connection of the HZB to Berlin science is advertisedTZ (Brain) With the aim of direct routing in the Brain network network and the possibility of the secure direct connection between the HZB and archive provider via a Brain VPN connection
(at least 1x 10 gigabit/s-preferred 2 x 10 GBit/s for the Wannsee location and location with use with useSab -dependent increase option to at least 2 x 40 GBit/s - prefers 2 x 100 GBit/s)
For the exchange of unpublished data with university partners, the HZB is a data connection to the Berlin science network (Brain) with the aim of direct routing in the brainDnetz as well as the possibility of secure and DSVO-compliant direct connection between the HZB and the archive provider, e.g. via a Brain VPN connection. A long-term provider available and affordable is a prerequisite for access to the planned long-term campus data keeping Dhe deep integration into the IT infrastructure of the HZB requires.
