Description:
A framework contract for research-supporting IT services via I. The data connection of the HZB to the Berlin Science Network (Brain) with the aim of direct routing in the Brain network network and the possibility of secure direct connection between the HZB andArchive provider via a Brain VPN connection (at least 1x 10 gigabit/s - preferably 2 x 10 GBit/s for the Wannsee location and location Adlershof with usage -dependent increase option to at least 2 x 40 GBit/s - preferred 2 x 100 GBit/s) for exchange also unpublished data with universityPartners will be a data connection to the Berlin Science Network (Brain) with the aim of direct routing in the Brain network network and the possibility of secure and DSVO-compliant direct connection between the HZB and the archive provider, e.g. via a BrainVPN connection. A long-term available and affordable provider is a prerequisite, since access to the planned long-term long-term data maintenance requires deep integration into the IT infrastructure of the HZB. II. The firewall clipping or the definition of programming in the HZBAnd with the archive provider, III. The prioritized connection of long-term data keeping for up to 2PB net (e.g. bandpools: 2.0 backend: tape) with deep integration into the HZB infrastructure. An option to increase capacity within the next 5 years should exist
