Subject of the contract: Security services for the Helmholtz Center Berlin for Materials and Energy GmbH (HZB) at the Wilhelm-Conrad-Roentgen-Campus Adlershof location with the BESSY II electron storage ring and other buildings in the period: expected from February 1st, 2026 to December 31st, 2029.

Scope:
- Staffing the gatehouse/reception and monitoring incoming and outgoing traffic at the main entrance/reception as well as checking other entrance doors and gates with the help of video and Door intercom systems, building protection, monitoring of technical systems and fire protection as well as various control services including a motorized patrol service.
- Carrying out alarms and briefing emergency and rescue workers.
Special features:
- Use of one Radiation protection officers and staff wearing dosimeters due to the research facilities at the site.
- During the contract period, the establishment and 24/7 staffing of an alarm reception center (AES) in accordance with DIN 50518 is planned.
- The prerequisite for submitting an offer is participation in one Site visit.
- The service quality must be ensured in accordance with DIN 77200 and applicable labor and collective bargaining law.
