- Scope: - Staffing the gatehouse/reception and monitoring incoming and outgoing passenger traffic at the main entrance/reception as well as checking other entrance doors and gates with the help of video and door intercom systems, building protection, monitoring technical systems and fire protection as well as various control services including a motorized patrol service. - Carrying out alarms and briefing emergency and rescue workers. Special features: - Use of a radiation protection officer and carrying dosimeters by the staff due to the research facilities at the location. - During the contract period, the establishment and 24/7 staffing of an alarm reception center (AES) in accordance with DIN 50518 is planned. - The prerequisite for submitting an offer is participation in a site visit. - The service quality is in accordance with DIN 77200 and applicable labor and collective bargaining law ensure. Description of the property: Approximately 65,000 m2 research facility with various buildings, including the BESSY II electron storage ring. Shift operation: Daily 24/7 deployment of several security employees for reception, precinct duty, alarm service and additional services.
