- For LAB NI, the operation of the Bad Sachsa property is to be awarded in various lots in accordance with the requirements and specifications of LAB NI. The contractors should act as service providers for the state reception authority in the operation of the Bad Sachsa property with the services specified in the technical part of the service description(Part B) for the services mentioned in lots 1 to 5. The organization and administration of the facility as well as the coordination of all service providers deployed on the property are carried out by LAB NI employees, so that various interfaces arise. The propertyhas an agreed maximum accommodation capacity of 400 people. State requirements may also lead to the admission of additional people beyond the maximum admission capacity. The offer is initially intended to accommodate 200 eligible peoplen. In addition, there is, on the one hand, the option of an increase to 300 eligible people and, on the other hand, the option of an increase to a maximum of 400 people.
