- The VBL. The Federal and State Pension Fund (hereinafter VBL) intends to procure annual financial statement audit services for the years 2026 - 2030. The commission is made separately for the years to be audited, and only in each case after the VBL Board of Directors confirms the awarding authority's intended award of contract or further commissioning of an annual financial statement audit by means of a resolution. This decision will then be made by the VBL supervisory authority. (BaFin) informed which then has the opportunity to object to this decision for two months.
