Description:
The Municipal Real Estate Service (KIS) of the city of Potsdam intends to build a new two-story building with a double sports hall, cafeteria and various multi-purpose rooms on the site of Schools 37/38. The supporting structure is built in wood-concrete hybrid construction.
VE 23 - Heat supplyng systems | School 37/38 Humboldtring Potsdam
The subject of the contract is the heating installation for the sports hall including changing/shower areas, a separate sports room, the cafeteria, the serving kitchen as well as the toilet area and project room. It includes a district heating house connection station with 145 kWConnected load. The heat is distributed via a compact distributor with 7 heating circuits to be supplied and an inlet connection. Underfloor or sprung floor heating systems are provided as heating surfaces for room heating. The heat distribution involves the reheating of two air conditioning units and a WWB connected.
