Description:
The Municipal Real Estate Service (KIS) of the city of Potsdam intends to build a new building with a double sports hall and cafeteria on the site of Schools 37/38. The supporting structure of the new building will be constructed using a wood-concrete hybrid construction.

The building management system should take over the control for the following components: - HA station with 7 heating circuits - Two air conditioning systems - Control for fire dampers, volume flow controllers, shut-off valves, etc. - Activation of collective fault messages from other technical. Facilities - facility in existingCloud (DEOS) The user interface must be designed according to the client's specifications. The times of use should be able to be set on site by the caretaker. The caretaker also processes fault reports on site. Fault reports are categorized and, if necessary, forwarded via emailrdirected.
