Description:
VE 5-06.2 Cultivation contract An extension with a visitor center is being built on the property at Leipziger Straße 2 in Berlin-Mitte. This will create the last gap between the commercial buildings at Leipziger Platz 9-11 West, the Federal Council building in the east (former Prussian manor house) as well as the 4-lane Leipziger Strasse to the north and the Erna-Berger-Strasse to the south are closed. When the building construction work is completed, the outdoor facilities will be new designed. In a section of the outdoor area called the South Garden, a total of 18 square raised beds with solid edging will be created. The proportion of the vegetation area is 3 x 3 m. The raised beds are lined with one tree or Solitary shrub and planted extensively with low shrubs. The services include the care of the selected 15 trees and 3 solitary bushes on the nursery grounds for a period of 2 growing seasons and subsequent delivery by Installation location. The trees to be prepared have been demonstrably grown and trained as stock from the nursery's own quarters (WHZ 7a/7b) and meet the requirements of the BdB.
