Description:
The subject of this service description is the planning and implementation of a traffic survey consisting of a passenger counting and survey. The traffic survey includes local transport services within the Vogtland Transport Association and the composite area. which the Vogtland (VTV) allocation tariff is used. This also affects the lines of Kombus, PRG and RVW on the Vogtland territory. The aim is to use the data from the traffic collection to determine the revenue claim of the transport companies cooperating in the composite area. The legal basis for this is the cooperation agreement concluded between the task authority and the transport company. The client is the purpose association public transport Vogtland. The already external commissioned project control Lineris GmbH takes over the conception in coordination with the EAV partners and coordination of the traffic survey. This includes the following services: Conception of the survey methodology coordination and organizational support for field work monitoring of the quality of survey, development of necessary measures.
