Description:
The Sana Klinikum Offenbach intends to build a new three-story building with a total of 110 beds and 20 places for a day clinic to replace the clinic for psychiatry and psychotherapy in the southwest of the clinic site. The building has a partial basement. The “outdoor facilities” services are advertised with this announcement. The services specified in this announcement essentially include the following non-binding main items: Manufacture of the Outdoor facilities for the new replacement psychiatric building at the Sana Klinikum Offenbach, including earthworks, superstructure and road construction work, building structures, technical installations, planting and vegetation areas, development care and other measures for Open spaces. Total area approx. 4,700 m². The equipment and plants in the therapy garden are not part of the service (only escape routes included). The advertised lot is differentiated from the already awarded service “Hedge incl. Fence” as well as the other one the following lot “Therapy Garden”.
