- Building automation VE2223.2 Construction services building automation Fraport AG completed the new construction of Terminal 3 including parts of Pier G. Parts of Pier G have already been put into operation. This also applies to this Main terminal building and for gates H and J. Part of gate G has so far only been built as a refined shell. This part of the building is or will be separated from the areas that have been put into operation through interim measures and should now be be fully expanded. For the structural realization, the construction services include: advertised in the following trades: Expansion Electric Building automation ELA including communications technology BOS BMA Security technology (video, GMA) Mechanics Baggage handling systems canopy Extended shell construction The subject of this tender is services for VE2223.2 building automation with, among others, the following service areas: •New assembly of 6 ASP up to approx. HxWxD 2200x800x600 (one field) divided into 25 fields •There are approximately 1,900 data points divided between the new ASPs •New installation of functional maintenance cable E90: approx. 15,000 m •New installation of low-voltage installation cables and lines approx. 80,000 m •Reassembly of installation cables and Cables approx. 12,000 m •Conversion of smoke extraction panels in the existing building •Addition of approx. 300 data points divided among the existing ASPs Delivery and operational assembly of the new systems, including commissioning.
