Description:
The existing building of the Astrid Lindgren School is to be expanded on the south side with an extension. Here 7 classrooms with subsequent differentiation rooms, 1 funding room, 1 auditorium, 1 building technology, 2 corridors, toilet facilities for boys and girls, 2 barrier-free toilets, 1 chair bearing, 1 cloakroomhoused. A reinstallation takes place in the expansion. Demolition work and renovation work take place in the existing building. Walls are broken off, doors are bricked up, new door openings and partly new walls are made. The extension has a usable area of approx. 1103 sqm and a grossSpace content of 5693 cbm. The building is single -storey, with a gable roof, first height + 6.28 m, eaves height +3.50 m, roof pitch 15 . A single room regulation of the underfloor heating via the MSR is provided for the new building. In the new building, the ventilation system is controlled by the MSR. In existenceestablished the connection to the new heat pump. The heat distribution in the headquarters in the portfolio is rebuilt and controlled via the MSR. Load management of electrical consumption is implemented via the MSR.Building automation
