Description:
The client currently procures the production and delivery of expected 27 two -system vehicles (plus option vehicles in a subordinate number) with electrical drive for use in the network of the regional tangent west of the RMV including maintenance and maintenance (including Spare parts supply) as well as other subordinate services (such as external cleaning) as part of an availability model. It is intended to finance the acquisition of the vehicles (without option vehicles) by loan. The volume of the loan granted to the client is € 300 million euros plus the interest to be capitalized for the time until the company is accepted under the traffic service contract. Since the required loan volume has not yet been finally determined due to the unsafe use of funding, it must be provided that the credit line up to the amount of EUR 25 million does not have to be fully exploited. The required loans are expected to be called up in 2025 to 2030. The access depends on the sales contract of the vehicles, which is to be concluded in 2025 after current planning.
