Description:
The subject of the procedure is an order for the proportionate financing of rail vehicles (two-system vehicles) with an electrical drive for use in the network of the regional tangent west of the Rhine-Main Transport Association as part of an availability model. Client of the advertised here Services is the vehicle management region Frankfurt Rheinmain GmbH (FAHMA). Fahma is a legal person of private law according to § 99 No. 2 GWB and a 100%subsidiary of the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund GmbH (RMV). The RMV is according to the law on local public transport in Hesse (Hoepnvg) in the RMV composite area the responsible task support organization for regional local public transport. His shareholders are the state of Hesse as well as the Central and South Hessian counties, cities and independent cities. The main activity of the Fahma is to provide of vehicles for rail traffic. The FAHMA currently procures the production and delivery of approx. 27 two -system vehicles (plus option vehicles in a subordinate number) with electrical drive for use in the network of the regional tangent west of the RMV including maintenance and Maintenance (including spare parts supply) and other subordinate services within the framework of an availability model.
