Description:
According to Section 52 (2) of the Lower Saxony Road Act (NSRGRG), the duty of cleaning of the streets within the closed location, including the local crossings of federal, state and district roads became (Section 52 (4) NStrG). These street cleaning services (without winter service) of the artificial communities of Artland are now to be re -awarded on 01.01.2026. The contract has a term of 2 years. The contract is extended by tacitly twice a year, if another year the contractual relationship not from one party by June 30th. of the previous year. As a result, an extension is at most possible until December 31, 2029. A termination on December 31, 2029 is not required. The street cleaning services to be provided consist of the reciprocal performance and the sweeping. Current performance: The sweeping performance only includes dust-free cleaning of the streets and gutter stones as well as the parking traces.
