Description:
The two-storey, underlyered upper school house of the Gymnasium Heidberg, from the year 1972, at the Fritz-Schumacher-Allee 200 site, is renovated. The building is used as a general teaching building. In addition to new room divisions one of the four existing WC cores is converted into a barrier-free WC. The main components of the refurbishment are the building services as well as roof, shell, dry construction, carpenters and metalworking. Furthermore, a pollutant renovation is made. The rental area of the building is 1,155 m². The school run continues during construction in other buildings on the property. Here: ventilation and building automation - construction of one of the exhaust air conditioning for the class and adjoining rooms, including the associated building automation. Customizing control technology for the heating system on zone control.
