Description:
The construction of the chamber building is a new building.
The new building is planned as a free -standing, single -storey building without a basement.
The building is in the building class with a height of less than 7 m and more than two usage units of more than 400 m2 in accordance with LBO-SH §2 (4) 3 to classify.
Due to the use as a chamber building with a base area of approx. 2,050 m2, it is an unregulated special building in accordance with §51 (2), No. 3 LBO-SH.
The building is designed as a three -winged, asymmetrical system and has a total dimension of approx. 76.00 x 45.50 m. The eastern wing takes on the building of the neighboring building 6 as a building line towards East Molenstrasse.
Furthermore, around 400 m2 of air pipe/molded parts and around 100 LFD meters of diaper folding tube are too install. Furthermore, around 26 motor fire protection flaps and 25 volume current controllers must be delivered and assembled. For three areas, the stand must be delivered, set up and connect and put into operation.
