- On the site of the Steinlach-Wiesaz school center, parts of the existing community school and the high school will be converted and three new expansion school buildings will be created. As part of the construction project, the access and playground areas as well as the bus stop will also be redesigned. In the first construction phase, the construction of the new community school is now planned. ///
The planned new building for the community school consists of a two-story, square main building with a green flat roof, which has a closed two-story connecting hallways existing school building will be connected. The teaching and specialist classrooms are arranged on both floors on four sides of the outer facade, creating an inner courtyard with a separate toilet core. The new school building is two-story and consists of a ground floor and an upper floorfirst floor, as well as a partial basement in which only the technical center is housed. The school building, including the four-sided escape balcony on the 1st floor, extends over a length of approx. 41.50 m and a width of approx. 41.50 m. The ground floor height of the new school buildingis approx. 3.90 m and on the upper floor up to the extensively green flat roof with a floor height of approx. 4.00 m. /// This announcement includes the services for the air conditioning systems for the new building of the Merian Community School.
