- Description:
- The Nienburg/Weser district is planning to build a new fire service center (FTZ) in the commercial area of the town of Lemke, municipality of Marklohe. It is a replacement building for the existing FTZ on Verdener Landstrasse in Nienburg. The room program includes approx. 8,200 m2 of usable space approx. 9,140 m2 outdoor areas - exercise and exercise areas. A construction site of approximately 3.4 hectares is available for this purpose. The construction project involves individual building parts with a steel truss structure with a trapezoidal surface. The advertised services include: Ventilation technology in accordance with DIN 18379. Central ventilation systems with heat exchangers are provided on the roofs of the various parts of the building for ventilation of the main building. The systems are operated exclusively with outside and exhaust air mode, without a recirculation or mixed air function. In order to meet the requirements of the To take indoor air quality and room air temperature into account, ventilation systems with heat recovery and air treatment functions for heating and cooling are planned. The ventilation system intended for the training room also has an air treatment function Cool. Variable volume flow controllers are provided in the supply and exhaust air for the occupied areas to enable CO2-controlled ventilation.
