- Scope of services ventilation systems The rooms are ventilated via air conditioning systems located in building 2 in the technical center and in building 3 on level -01. - Air conditioning devices 8 pieces - Air ducts 5,800 m² - Folding seam pipe length 4,450 m - Fire dampers 195 pieces - Volume flow controllers 378 pieces - Air outlets 570 pieces - Duct cold register building 3 27 kW Scope of services refrigeration systems: The central cooling is generated by a refrigeration machine in the technical center building 2 incl. Recooler on the roof of building 2. The cold is transferred via cold registers included in the air conditioning devices and a duct cold register in building 3. The decentralized cooling supply in buildings 2+3 takes place via inverters on the Roof and split refrigeration units in the rooms. - Refrigeration machine 325 kW - Dry cooler 430 kW - Split devices 16 pieces - Inverter (heat pumps) 5 pieces - Heat exchanger KH 12 kW - Heat exchanger HBZ 25 kW - Cold buffer storage 6 m³ - Circulation pumps 4 pieces - Cold water pipes 730 m - Refrigerant pipes 258 m - Local refrigeration pipes 220 m As part of this tender 403.01, the ventilation work with maintenance services is being tendered. We would like to point out that everyone is responsible for evaluating maintenance services relevant documents must be submitted in full. The ventilation work service (VE 403.01) was tendered including maintenance services, so that these documents are relevant to the evaluation due to price information.
