The construction project is a new house for children -for two creche groups and three kindergarten groups - consisting of ground and upper floors. A hybrid ventilation concept is being implemented in the new building. For this purpose, a central ventilation device is required for ventilation of the common and adjoining rooms in the building - installed on the flat roofOn the upper floor - it is planned that the basic ventilation (= building block 1) takes over (building block 2 = shock ventilation via windows that can be opened by the user).
The kitchen is ventilated via a ceiling-hung supply air device with a heater on the upper floor.
The greasy exhaust air is ventilated via two roof fans operated under negative pressure.
