Description:
The municipality of Diez is awarding the city of Diez the planning and construction supervision services for the comprehensive energy-saving renovation of the Halle am Wirt in Diez. The planning services are at an advanced stage. Due to the additional services required in the area of Electrical engineering and the associated increase in costs, the services of electrical technical building equipment will be put out to tender again, from LP 5 to LP 9 in accordance with Section 55 HOAI. The hall was built in 1925 and has been used since then for sports, cultural events and community activities and used to promote social integration and social cohesion. A key aspect of the general renovation is an energy-efficient renovation of the hall with the aim of reducing the building's energy requirements by around 86%. The remaining energy requirement should be as possible be covered entirely by renewable energies. A funding application has already been submitted and approved for the energy renovation part. The grant notice, along with other documents, was made available with the procurement documents. The grant notice is binding The project goal is a comprehensive energy renovation with a final energy saving of approx. 86%. The planning results achieved so far are the content of the tender documents.
