Description:
The aim is to develop a methodologically sound observation logic for the recording and evaluation of construction processes-from commissioning to execution and documentation. The focus is on the structured observation of construction and renovation projects for detailed illustration and the comparison Individual process steps (e.g. trade, activity, location, personnel, logistics, descents, problems). The methodology is developed using energetic renovations in sprint format, but should be transferable to other construction projects. The methodology should be implemented in a web -based application become centrally stored for comparability. The data is recorded and validated outside of this assignment.
