- On the premises of the former barracks "Auf der Freiheit" in Schleswig, a new quarters with over 1,000 residential units, shops, offices, a small marina, a state theater, a hotel, a monastery and a full range have been planned at around 20 ha. Most of the buildingsThe southwestern part of the site is already in the construction and has already been completed. Economy in planning, execution and operation as well as a high energy efficiency of the buildings are expected. The property area measures 2,823 m2, the parking garage is to be built on 1,960m2, with eleven levels, divided into four full floors. The construction costs (kg 100 - 700) amountto around 7.3 million euros net. The planning must be adapted to the specified cost framework.
