These buildings comprise a total of 144 residential units with a living space of 11,117 m2 and a commercial area of 32 m2. The aim is to achieve an efficiency house standards(EH 55 or EH 70) to increase the energy efficiency of the buildings, to minimize CO2 emissions and to achieve long-term cost savings for residents.
