• Description:
• The aim of this negotiation process with participation competition is to award architectural services for the expansion and/or renovation of the Altenheim/Neuried town hall. The municipality of Altenheim intends to use the three existing town hall buildings at the location To expand and/or comprehensively renovate a retirement home. The town hall complex of the municipality of Neuried in Altenheim consists of three buildings. The mayor's office, the citizens' hall and the main, personnel and accounting office are located at Kirchstrasse 21 housed, at Friedrichstrasse 4 the citizens' office as well as part of the building authority and two rental apartments. The gross floor area in the portfolio is 2,864 square meters. The aim of the measure is in particular: - To make all buildings completely accessible - Fire protection upgrades in accordance with current legal requirements - Energy and functional modernization - Examination of the possibility of accommodating a meeting room (new building, extension or restructuring of the existing building) - Functional and urban planning-appropriate further development of the town hall location. Particular attention must be paid to: - Accessibility in accordance with applicable DIN regulations - Fire protection concept in coordination with the specialist planners - Sustainability and Energy efficiency - construction phase planning, taking into account the best possible maintenance of administrative operations. The subject of the award procedure is probably the architectural services in accordance with §§ 33 ff. HOAI (performance profile for buildings and interior spaces). Service phases 1-9, gradual commissioning starting with service phases 1-3. The fee is determined according to fee zone III at the minimum rate.
