Description:
The city of Ditzingen intends to build a new 5-group daycare center on the approximately 2,580 m2 property "An der Lehmgrube" on the outskirts of Ditzingen. For this purpose, an architectural competition was held. Negotiations with the award winners are currently underway. Egg is plannedn
compact, angular and 2-story building for two creche groups (U3) with a total of 20 children and three kindergarten groups (Ue3) with a total of 65 children. A new building using timber construction or timber hybrid construction is planned. The special feature of the task is the integration of the newcomersin the urban development context with the adjacent small-scale residential development and the refugee facility as well as delimitation by the green noise protection wall. The outskirts location offers views of extensive agricultural areas.
For the services of project management in accordance with Section 2AHO issue No.: 9 (2020), project levels 1-5, HB A-E, a suitable office is being sought. The commissioning should take place gradually. In the first stage, the project stages are commissioned analogously to service phases 1-3.
There is no legal right to further commissioning of the followinging performance level.
