Description:
The city of Metzingen intends the general renovation of the main building, including the middle of the five-day Dietrich-Bonhoeffer-Gymnasium in Metzingen.
A VGV procedure with a solution for teams from architects and structural engineers is currently being carried out for the procedure.
The decision about The result will be hit at the end of July 2025.
A suitable engineering office is sought for construction physics and advisory services in accordance with HOAI, Appendix 1, No. 1.2, LPH 1-7, optional 8-9 as a special performance.
The required services include:
1. Thermal building physics - thermal insulation and Energy filing ///
2. Building acoustics ///
3. Room acoustics ///
A promotion of the specialist planners for the object planning to prove the sustainability criteria is required. The assignment should take place gradually. There is no legal claim to the further commissioning of the subsequent Power level.
The negotiation talks are expected to take place on October 20, 2025.
