Description:
The city of Leinfelden-Echterdingen intends the energetic renovation and optional increase in the residential buildings "Im Waldle 33-37" in the Oberaichen district as part of the "LECH 2022-2032 housing offensive". For the 3 identical buildings (built in 1969, 1973 and 1975) with a total of 36 residential unitsAnd approx. 2,550m2 of living space is each 4-storey, sub-cellar solid buildings with a flat roof. The residential buildings and their equipment are located in a typical construction of the years. Parking spaces and garages are assigned to the buildings.The garages and access in buildings 37 are private, the garages between house 33 and 35 are in urban property. The need for renovation of the 8 urban garages should be checked as part of the planning. An energy consultant has already been commissioned. The results of the feasibility study(2022) of the Albring + Mueller AG office are provided with the request for offer. A static preliminary examination for a possible increase is also commissioned. The results of the static preliminary examination are made available with the request for offer. The furtherChecking the possibility of increasing an additional floor is part of the planning. The buildings are to be rented before the construction work begins. The structural renovation should take place in a simple standard.
