Description:
The city of Leinfelden-Echterdingen intends the energetic renovation and optional increase in the residential buildings "Im Waldle 33-37" in the Oberaichen district as part of the "housing offensive Le 2022-2032". aSuitable engineering office wanted with experience in housing and renovation if possible.
The assignment should take place gradually. In the first stage, the performance phases 1-3 are commissioned. There is no legal claim to the further commissioning of the following performance level. TheTechnical planning TGA (Elektro) is the subject of a separate order announcement.
The negotiation talks are expected to take place on August 21, 2025.
