Description:
The city of Ditzingen intends to build a new 5-group daycare center on the approximately 2,580 m2 property "An der Lehmgrube" on the outskirts of Ditzingen. For this purpose, an architectural competition was held. Negotiations with the prize winners are currently underway. Egg is plannedn compact, angular and 2-story building for two creche groups (U3) with a total of 20 children and three kindergarten groups (Ue3) with a total of 65 children. A new building using timber construction or timber hybrid construction is planned. The special feature of the task is the integration of the newcomersin the urban development context with the adjacent small-scale residential development and the refugee facility as well as delimitation by the green noise protection wall. The location on the outskirts offers views of extensive agricultural areas.
For the services of the technical planning TGA in accordance with §§ 53, 55 HOAI ALG 4 5, optional 6 (electrical), LPH 1-8 9, a suitable engineering office is being sought.
The commissioning should take place in stages. In the first stage, service phases 1-3 are commissioned. There is no legal right to further commissioning of the following servicesufe.
The TGA specialist planning (HLS) is the subject of a separate order announcement.
